The grub-customizer package is not available in Nobara. It has been broken since Fedora 30 introduced the BLS boot option in grub:https://ask.fedoraproject.org/t/grub-customizer-fedora-entry-not-visible/12526/4Therefore it has been removed. Do not try to use it, it will cause your system to fail to boot.
